Jemma & Andy's Wedding photography slideshow - St Mary's, Oldswinford & Manor Hill HouseFollowing a shoot in the poppyfields earlier in the year, Jemma and Andy were all set for photographs on their big day. Although Jemma was still slightly wary about full bridal prep shots, after having pottered round getting detail for a while she changed her mind and to me to 'go for it' regarding shots of everyone getting ready and it was great fun! With Jemma now into the swing of things I went to meet the boys and family at St Mary's, Oldswinford in the build up to the ceremony. Everyone was so welcoming it was like meeting up with old friends and although there were a couple of people who didn't really want their pictures taken (yes, you know who you are), we got some great shots to remember this time by. Jemma's officially 'barmy' (in the nicest possible way) bridesmaids arrived, closely followed by Jemma in a classic Beaufort and we were all set for the ceremony in what is a fabulous internal church setting for pictures. Once all of the official bits were done everyone moved onto Manor Hill House for an afternoon of relaxation in the gardens before enjoying a rather scrummy-looking afternoon tea, listening to the emotionally charged speeches and then dancing and gambling the night away with the DJ and casino set-up. Photographs are very important to Jemma & Andy and, as such, they put plenty of time aside (BIG thumbs-up from me) to make the most of what Manor Hill House and it's surroundings had to offer. They went out twice to make the most of the natural light and then again for a mini 'evening shoot' and I hope you agree with me that it really paid off! It was a fabulous day all round and it was pleasure to be a part of it. Here are a few images from their day - enjoy.
