Sam and Anna are building up to their big day at Davenport HouseAlong with most of my lovely couples, Sam and Anna have made the hard decision to re-schedule their wedding day (twice) as a result of Covid restrictions. However, with the help of Lizzie who made Davenport House available and welcomed us with a cuppa, Sam and Anna celebrated their original wedding day by having the place to themselves for their pre-wedding shoot. There were, obviously, initial reservations about whether the date and location of the shoot would be too emotional but Sam and Anna ultimately took the view that they could enjoy the evening for what it was, having 'tipped their hat' to their original wedding date by creating some memories and could now look forward to plans for their new date. The weather gods were kind and we had a beautiful evening for pottering around the house and grounds and for Anna to model her specially commissioned jacket from 'for the love of pearls'! Here is to the joy of making the most of a stressful situation and looking forward to their new, new date!
