Ben & Charlotte's Bobbington Church wedding & Beautiful Blakelands ReceptionBen & Charlotte became Mr & Mrs Dyas yesterday in the lovely setting of Holy Cross Church, Bobbington, before moving on to continue with their celebrations at the newly-refurbished (and with it's facelift, quite frankly, stunning) Blakelands. Surrounded by mom, sister, cousins and close friends, bridal prep at Blakelands was a relaxed affair, whilst Ben was becoming more and more nervous as time ticked on a short distance away at the church....however it was worth the wait because, in Ben's words Charlotte 'took his breath away' when he saw her. Smiling from ear to ear, once Charlotte had 'got her man' everyone moved on to the reception where they could relax in the gardens and enjoy the glorious weather or, for the more adventurous, play giant garden games. For those who had a larger appetite, after a 5 course meal, a candy cart and ice cream was available (a hit with large and small children), shortly followed by a hog roast in the courtyard and buffet in the maltings barn....and then it was time to dance the night away to burn off the calories!
