Hayley & Matt's special day at Stourport ManorFollowing a relaxed bridal prep where relation, Eve, used her make-up skills to create the final 'look' for the ladies after Wayne Leddington had worked his magic with their hair, it was onto a civil ceremony filled with family tears of happiness in which Matt gave Hayley a wedding ring (which sister, Lucie, had been guarding all day as part of her 'best woman' duties and was more than happy to hand over). On the registrar's departure, a blessing of the marriage was undertaken so there was still not a dry eye in the house! Because Matt didn't have a ring, Hayley had arranged for her gift to him (a watch) to be blessed by Phil during the ceremony and I think that was a new concept for both of us! Everyone then enjoyed an afternoon of sunning themselves in the grounds of Stourport Manor before sharing afternoon tea and with another session of enjoying the good weather the incredibly helpful and friendly Mark, along with his team at the hotel ably turned the rooms around ready for a quadrupling of guests who, after a hot buffet had the chance to party the night away with the fabulous local group Alive & Kicking!! Hayley and Matt have kindly given their permission for me to share a sneak peak of images from their day, so please enjoy!
